STRIEBIG SAWS SET A HIGHER STANDARD

T.M. Machinery Sales, exclusive UK agents for the Striebig range of world-leading vertical panel saws, will be exhibiting two recently upgraded models from the best-selling Standard series.

Both versions, built on proven solutions for panel sizing, guarantee dust limit values well below 1mg/m3.

The new Standard TRK2 is available in nine frame sizes for handling panels up to 5300 x 2240mm.

Among the numerous improvements are the additions of a power supply via a flexible chain duct for increased safety, and a moving support frame fitted with a newly developed and optimised bearing system for smoother movement and increased reliability.

To improve the saw's effectiveness still further, options include the incorporation of the new fourth generation Digital Measuring System, support rollers that brake pneumatically, and a wooden small work piece support that extends throughout the full length of the machine. These are features only previously available with Striebig's top-of-the-range models.

The same improvements and options are available with the Standard TRK1, which is available in the same nine frame sizes.

In addition, the Standard TRK1 can be further upgraded with the option of an improved dust extraction system. This is for applications where fine dust must be reduced to an absolute minimum, such as in home improvement and DIY
stores.

There will also be working examples of Striebig's entry-level Compact range and the state-of-the-art Evolution and Control models.

Striebig saws, which can be wall-mounted or freestanding, have a maximum cutting depth of 80mm. They are suitable for cutting practically all sheet material, including MDF, plaster board, plastics and aluminium panels.

Alongside the saws will be models from the highly efficient range of Al-Ko mobile extraction units.
