AL-KO dust extraction units well established
on the continent, are new to the UK. By using
multi-cartridge filtration and reverse air jet
filter cleaning, the mobi-JET range returns clean
air to your workplace and requires minimal maintenance.
We can offer units for individual machines, through
to whole factory systems.
Reconditioning and Upgrading
Replacing the more aged machines in your factory
can be expensive, especially with low trade in
values and new machines are not always of the
same robust construction as your current machines.
The alternative solution is a complete rebuild
or refurbishment to your current machine, either
on-site or at our workshop.
A complete strip down and rebuild would bring
your machine back to almost new condition at a
realistic cost. With some of the classic machines,
e.g. spindle moulders, surface planers, rip saws
etc., there can be considerable savings when compared
to purchasing new machinery. We offer full survey
and quotation services and will offer impartial
advice on the practicalities and cost effectiveness
of repairs and rebuilds.

in any refurbishment program including guarding,

recovering and fitting contact rollers and converting
oscillation systems, are all complex jobs and
require a sanding machine specialist.

program for your machines, including sourcing
