Striebig Control Vertical Panel Saw, Router and Groover
In facades, in industry, in transport, in exhibition
stand building and shop fitting, for displays and
many other applications - composite panels are a
material of universal application. For cutting,
routing and grooving, all leading composite panel

After cutting, composite panels can be shaped
with an extremely simple machining system. The
routing system enables shaped pieces of widely
varying type and size to be manufactured.
V- and U-shaped grooves are routed on the rear
of the composite panels using special reversible
carbide tipped profile cutters. During this process
the aluminium top surface on the front and part
of the plastic core remain untouched.
The low thickness of the remaining material then
makes it possible to bend "by hand". A folding
machine is not necessary. The shape of the groove
defines the bending radius.
